At KittyNTug, we try our best to ship packages as quickly as possible and in the original condition. However, in some cases, some factors may affect the timely delivery of your order. Therefore, we request you to be highly patient during these times.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday to Friday – Pacific Standard Time (PST). Any orders placed after or on Friday will be processed on the next working day, i.e., the following Monday.
Carriers Used to Ship Orders
At KittyNTug, we use the following carriers to ship orders:
KittyNTug offers flat shipping and handling charges for all online orders.
You can track your order through one of the following methods:
- Log in to your account. Click on ‘My Account’ and select Order Status/Track My Order. You will see the current status of your order.
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a confirmation email along with an order tracking link. You can click on that link to see the current status of your order.
If you do not receive your order number/tracking link, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will try to solve your issue as soon as possible.
KittyNTug is NOT responsible for delays caused in the delivery from the courier company’s side. Additionally, it is the client’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping and billing address. So, please double-check it before placing an order to avoid facing any inconvenience.
At KittyNTug, we try our best to refund the amount within the specified time period. If you do not receive it, we recommend calling your local bank. In some cases, the amount has been forwarded from our side, but you are unable to receive it because of an issue from your bank’s side.
If you have exchanged an item(s) and do not receive it, trace the parcel on the courier’s website. The delay could be from the courier company’s side.
Important: Customers will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee. KittyNTug does not pay for return labels.
