Items bought on KittyNTug will gladly be accepted for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. KittyNTug DOES NOT provide a return shipping label. That is the responsibility of the customer.
All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, pet hairs, etc.
Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned. Return shipping is to be paid for by the buyer.
